You buy from Ventec Systems GmbH, a German company. We offer new vending machines, matching payment systems, product documents and spare parts service from a single source. Prices for products, equipment and shipping are shown openly. Each product page states whether the product can currently be ordered and which delivery time applies. The terms for liability for defects and spare parts are set out under Liability & Service.
Check the following:
Be cautious about promised returns. Economic success depends on location, product range and operation.
The manufacturer is Hunan TCN Vending Machine Co., Ltd., No. 058 North Yinzhou Road, Ningxiang City, Changsha, Hunan, China. SnackDragon is our sales brand.
We name the manufacturer and type designation openly so that you can always clearly match CE documents, energy labels and spare parts to your machine. Your contractual partner and contact for defects is Ventec Systems GmbH.
Only business customers can order from SnackDragon. This includes part-time operators and sole traders.
The documents you receive depend on the machine model purchased and its equipment. SGS test certificates are available. The document package includes the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity, for refrigerated models the EPREL energy label and product information sheet, separate refrigerant documentation for R1234yf, the technical data sheet, and German-language operating, installation and safety instructions. For built-in payment or radio modules, the declarations for the supplied equipment are added.
The WEEE Reg. No. DE 98205872 appears on the sales documents and in the data sheet. The EPREL documents are publicly available in the EPREL database. We send the complete document package for your machine by email after purchase.
As a rule, liability for defects applies for one year from delivery. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected. In the case of a justified defect, we cover the necessary costs.
For our new machines, you receive the required spare part free of charge, including shipping, for three years in the event of a defect, in accordance with the warranty terms. In the first year, in the case of a justified defect, we also cover the cost of any necessary installation service.
Function-relevant spare parts remain available for at least eight years from delivery. The details are set out under Liability & Service.
Product, equipment and shipping prices are net prices, i.e. excluding VAT. Before you complete your order, the order summary shows the shipping costs, the applicable VAT and the total amount in the currency of your payment method.
In addition to the purchase price, you should budget for:
If the model can be ordered, the expected delivery time to Switzerland by freight forwarder is 6–8 working days from order. For prepayment, the delivery time starts once payment has been received. The product page shows whether a model can currently be ordered. We state the binding delivery date in the order confirmation.
The freight forwarder unloads the machine with the truck’s tail lift and moves it to the installation point on a pallet truck. The route there must be at ground level and free of stairs. If there are stairs or other obstacles, clarify the delivery with us before ordering.
No. The fixing holes in the machine feet are already provided. Fixing material, for example heavy-duty anchors or wood screws, is not included because its type and length depend on the floor construction.
The machines weigh several hundred kilograms. Before they are put into operation, they must be anchored to the floor through the existing holes in the feet so that they cannot tip over. On load-bearing concrete, use suitable heavy-duty anchors. This also applies to tiles, natural stone, screed or other floor coverings if there is load-bearing concrete underneath. In this case, the anchors must pass through the upper layers and hold in the concrete. On load-bearing timber, sufficiently long wood screws can be used. Hollow or raised floors require a fixing suited to the existing floor construction. If you do not know what the subfloor is, clarify which fixing will hold securely before anchoring.
The machine is designed for frost-free indoor spaces.
The machine needs a standard earthed wall socket that is used only for the machine. Plug it directly into the wall socket, not into a power strip or extension lead.
No. The refrigerant is contained in a closed cooling system. No regular refilling is required in normal operation. Work on the refrigerant circuit may only be carried out by a suitably certified refrigeration company.
You set up the machine securely against tipping as described in the instructions and connect it to the designated wall socket. If you have questions about setup, we support you free of charge via WhatsApp or email.
If needed, we arrange service in Germany, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland. After reviewing the case, we contact a suitable service company near you. We agree the procedure and costs with you in advance.
The TCN-CSC-10N is an add-on machine. It extends the TCN-CSC-10C(V22) by about 360 to 600 products. Control and payment run through the main machine. It does not work on its own. For this, the main machine needs the matching factory-fitted extension connection. This connection cannot be retrofitted later.
Together, both units hold about 720 to 1’200 products, depending on product size.
The TCN-CSC-10N makes sense if you want to offer more choice at the same location and refill less often. It requires the extension connection on the TCN-CSC-10C(V22). Both units share its payment system.
Depending on the equipment, your customers can pay at the machine by card, smartphone, coins and banknotes. For card payment, you need an account with the relevant payment provider. The optional euro coin and banknote modules do not process Swiss francs.
All three enable card payment. The main differences:
For Nayax you need a separate Nayax contract, and for SENVEND a separate SENVEND contract. Each involves ongoing fees.
On the TCN-CSC-10C(V22), TCN-CEL-10C(V22) and TCN-D900-9C(V22), Nayax VPOS Touch is standard; alternatively, you can choose SENVEND UX700 as the built-in payment terminal. On the wine vending machine, ICT DCM5 remains installed for age verification. Delivery with SENVEND built in requires a check of the specific machine variant. Both terminals are also available separately. Age verification with Nayax requires the separate ICT DCM5.
For a complete SnackDragon machine, we match all built-in parts to each other. If you buy a payment or add-on module separately, the machine model, connections, installation space and your account with the payment provider must be compatible with it. If you are unsure, we clarify this before you order. The same applies to online retrieval of sales and machine data and to age verification.
You choose the product range yourself. As the operator, you must comply with the labelling, hygiene, deposit and age rules that apply to your products, as well as the requirements at the location. For age-restricted goods, their sale must be permitted at the chosen location. Age verification must be activated for the compartments holding these products.
Packaged goods: Each individually sold pack must bear all information required in Switzerland, legibly and, as a rule, in at least one official language of the Confederation. Depending on the product, this includes, for example, the name, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, net quantity and a best-before or use-by date where required.
Imported goods: Missing mandatory Swiss information must be added on the pack or on a label before sale. The original packaging alone is not always sufficient.
Inner packs from multipacks: These may only be sold individually if they bear the required information themselves.
Unpackaged goods: Allergen information must be available on or next to the machine.
Yes. Business customers can return complete, functional standard goods with no or slight signs of use within 30 days of delivery. For slight signs of use, we refund 90 % instead of 100 % of the value of the goods. Return transport and further conditions are set out in the return conditions.
