5 points to check before installation

Tick what is already settled for your site. Resolve any open points in good time before installation.

Suitable indoor spaceThe machine will stand in a dry, frost-free indoor space (above 0 °C). Leave at least 20 cm clear all around it for ventilation. The machine remains accessible for restocking; there is enough space in front of it to open the door fully. With an extension module, follow the installation plan on the coupling side.
Floor and anchoring settledThe floor is level and can support the weight of the machine. Before first use, the machine must be anchored against tipping through the holes in its feet. For concrete, and for floor coverings with load-bearing concrete beneath, suitable heavy-duty anchors are appropriate. They must pass through the upper layers and hold in the concrete. For load-bearing timber, use sufficiently long wood screws. With hollow or raised floors, the fixing must suit the floor construction. If the substrate is unknown, clarify which fixing will hold securely there before anchoring. Fasteners are not included.Floor anchoring in the FAQ →
Delivery route checkedThe route from the truck to the installation spot is level, stair-free and wide enough. Check doors and turns. If there are obstacles, discuss delivery with us before ordering.
Power supply checkedA standard earthed wall socket is available for the machine’s exclusive use. Plug it directly into that socket, without a power strip or extension lead.
Card payment settledFor card payments you need mobile reception at the installation spot. Nayax uses a SIM in the terminal. With Senvend, a network cable connects the terminal to the supplied mobile router; the router also needs reception.
