Information on withdrawal

No consumer right of withdrawal in the B2B shop

SnackDragon.eu is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. Sales to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are excluded.

Consequences for orders

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal exists only for consumers. There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed by entrepreneurs.

For complete, functional standard goods with no or only light signs of use, business customers have a voluntary return option within 30 days of delivery. The refund is lower if there are light signs of use. We agree cancellations and other goodwill arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Details are set out in the return conditions.

We agree on return transport together. As a rule, the customer bears the return transport costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional costs such as freight forwarding, installation, packaging, payment processing or special configuration are not automatically refunded.

Individually configured products and special procurements

Individually configured products and special procurements are not covered by the 30-day return option. A return may be agreed in individual cases.

Transport damage and defects

This information does not affect statutory rights in respect of defects or the duties to inspect and give notice of defects in commercial transactions. Obvious transport damage, missing quantities or incorrect deliveries must be reported without delay.
