Technical service
Request technical service for your vending machine
We service vending machines purchased from SnackDragon. We do not service machines from other suppliers. If you are unsure whether your machine qualifies, send your request anyway: we will check using the model and serial number.
1. Review your requestSnackDragon reviews the fault, location and appropriate next step.
2. Agree the costsAfter reviewing your request, we provide a non-binding cost estimate. Before you choose an option that incurs a charge, we agree a cost limit with you. Any additional work beyond that limit requires your prior approval.
3. Approve contactWith your approval, the appointed service partner contacts you on behalf of SnackDragon using your selected channels: email, phone or WhatsApp.
Before sharing your case details with a service company, we tell you which company will receive them and obtain your consent.
