Check the installation step by step

Check what has already been clarified at the planned location. This way you can see the open points directly.

01Space and access Protected interiorThe machine is located in a dry, weather-protected and frost-free interior. The temperature at the site does not drop below 0 °C. Installation surface and floorThe installation surface is level and supports the weight of the machine. Before commissioning, secure the machine using the fixing holes provided in its feet. Heavy-duty dowels or concrete anchors are suitable for concrete, for sturdy wood sufficiently long wood screws. For screed, tiles, natural stone as well as hollow or double floor, you can consult the hardware store on which dowels, anchors or screws reach up to the concrete ceiling or concrete slab below. These fasteners must be supplied on site and are not included.Details in the FAQ → Planned delivery routeThe carrier delivers using a tail lift to the installation location, provided it is accessible at ground level without stairs. Check the delivery route for doorways, corners and steps.

02Technology Standard socket, dedicated circuitA standard socket (Schuko, 230 V) is within reach of the installation location. No other high-power appliance should run on the same circuit: no kettle, microwave or fan heater. Plug directly into the wall socket, not into a power strip or extension lead. Network connection availableFor card payment only: the terminal has connectivity at the installation location. The Nayax VPOS Touch usually connects to the mobile network using its built-in SIM card. Without a payment terminal, this point does not apply.

03Operation OrganisationIt is clear who orders goods, fills and cleans the machine, checks expiry dates and takes care of faults. Matching assortmentProducts and prices match the target group and the location.
