No right of withdrawal for consumers in the B2B shop

SnackDragon.eu is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and separate funds under public law (öffentlich-rechtliche Sondervermögen). Sales to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded.

Consequence for orders

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies only to consumers. For orders from businesses there is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal.

For complete, functioning standard products with no or slight signs of use, business customers have a voluntary return option within 30 days after delivery. In the case of slight signs of use, the refund is lower. Cancellations and other goodwill arrangements we agree case by case. The details are set out in the return conditions.

We agree the return transport jointly. As a rule, the customer bears the costs of the return transport, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional costs such as freight forwarding, assembly, packaging, payment processing or special configuration are not automatically refunded.

Individually configured products and special orders

Individually configured products and special orders are not covered by the 30-day return option. A take-back may be agreed case by case.

Transport damage and defects

This information does not affect the statutory rights in respect of defects (Gewährleistung) and the duties of inspection and notification of defects in commercial dealings. Clearly visible transport damage, missing quantities or wrong deliveries must be reported without delay.
