5 points to check before installation

Tick what is already settled for your site. Resolve any open points before installation.

Suitable indoor spaceThe machine will stand in a dry, frost-free indoor space (above 0 °C). Leave at least 20 cm clear all around it for ventilation. The machine remains accessible for restocking, with enough space in front to open the door fully. With an extension module, follow the installation plan on the coupling side.
Floor and anchoring plannedThe floor is level and can support the machine’s weight. Before first use, anchor the machine through the holes in its feet to prevent tipping. For load-bearing concrete, even beneath a floor covering, use suitable heavy-duty anchors that pass through the upper layers and hold in the concrete. For load-bearing timber, use suitably long wood screws. Hollow or raised floors need a fixing suited to their construction. If you are unsure what is beneath the floor covering, confirm which fixing will hold securely before anchoring the machine. Fasteners are not included.Floor anchoring in the FAQ →
Delivery route checkedThe route from the truck to the installation spot is level, stair-free and wide enough. Check doors and turns. If there are obstacles, discuss delivery with us before ordering.
Power supply checkedA standard earthed wall socket is available for the machine’s exclusive use. Plug it directly into the socket, without a power strip or extension lead.
Card payment option decidedCard payments need mobile reception at the site. Nayax uses a SIM in the terminal. With Senvend, a network cable connects the terminal to the supplied mobile router; the router also needs reception.
