The process

Ready to go in six clear steps.

Day-to-day operation stays simple. You change individual products directly; several items can be managed together.

01

Positioning & rest time

Indoors, level and load-bearing, 20 cm clearance all around, no direct sunlight or heat source. Anchor it to the floor before commissioning. Important after transport: let it stand for at least 30 minutes, and for 4 to 5 hours before running the cooling. Only then switch on.

02

Basic settings

Set the cooling mode and target temperature, activate the anti-fog heating of the glass door, and set the language and currency to match your payment modules. Then change the factory password.

03

Set up products

Assign compartments and add names, descriptions and your own images. When filling, work from front to back and rotate older stock forwards. Conveyor limits apply: no more than 1,6 kg per belt, 2,5 kg with two belts, and no more than 7 products.

04

Prices & stock

Manage prices and stock levels per compartment or in bulk directly on the touch display. Make sure the products fit the chosen spiral and do not stick out over the tray, so that they drop cleanly into the delivery chute.

05

Enable & test payment

Enable cash, fill the coin changer with change and activate the denominations of the banknote reader. Connect the card terminal according to the manufacturer’s documentation; an active contract with the payment service provider is required for this. After every installation or change of payment peripherals, restart the machine and then carry out a full test purchase.

06

Daily two-minute check

Internal temperature within the target range, delivery compartment clear and no products stuck in the spirals, payment terminal online, enough change available.
